If you got this far means that you have chosen a holiday in Umbria and if you have made this choice, our farmhouse is the ideal starting point to give you all that our green Umbria has to offer: a 'magical atmosphere.

That's right, once you are here time stops, you begin to breathe deeply and listen to what nature has to say and only the faint sound of a train that occasionally passes in the distance reminds us that we can explore the beautiful and timeless surroundings as the nearby Assisi, Bevagna, Montefalco, Spello, Spoleto and Perugia and Terni city as not to forget beautiful natural landscapes such as the Val Nerina, Col Fiorito, Castelluccio, and many others.

Our rooms are equipped with shower and toilet with underfloor heating, the furnishing in personal taste is lively and colorful with comfortable beds and relaxing wooden ceilings. In the summer the air conditioning is really unnecessary because the thermal inertia of the construction always keeps a pleasing temperature.
Each room is enhanced by stunning views ranging from the imposing Mount of Pale to the wide valley of Foligno and finally to the hills of Montefalco.
